I am Towanda Harris一Founder and Lead Learning Specialist. I envision a world where every educator is empowered to freely and joyfully support young minds, build strong relationships, and create spaces for students to be their authentic selves.
We believe that educators who use equity as a decision-making lens are critical to creating student-centered spaces that support the growth of all learners. We value aligned resources and learning opportunities that foster student agency.
Our expertise comes from years of experience delivering and coaching others towards high quality instruction to students with various needs. We understand the standards and know well how to differentiate instructional practices that best support all students.

As the education landscape evolves, the needs of educators must evolve with it. We prioritize understanding the needs of ALL educators一whether in their first years or with decades of experience一learning and growing ourselves in order to provide highly relevant support.

We ask for participants to be reflective, acknowledge any gaps, & plan for opportunities to create safe spaces, where students have agency & voice, all while learning the critical skills they need to thrive in today’s world.
